All Community Association Banking Clients

Review and understand the following items prior to January 23, 2026: 


Review your new account details
Review your new account details Account numbers remain the same, however your account details may be changing. Learn more.


Continue to use your Pacific Premier Bank debit card
Debit cards will continue working without interruption. You will be reissued a Columbia Bank debit card after January 26, 2026. Learn more.


Continue to use your Pacific Premier Bank checks
Checks will continue to process as usual. Continue using your current Pacific Premier Bank checks until they run out. Learn more.


Continue using HOA’s unique routing number
You should continue to use HOA’s unique routing number of 111025453. Items with this number will continue to process without interruption. It’s important to note that the bank’s general routing number is changing. Learn more.


You will access your accounts through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking
Columbia has personal, business and commercial online banking systems; all Pacific Premier Business online banking customers will automatically transition to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking system. Learn more.

Where you access your ACH returns and notices of change (NOC) is changing
You will access your ACH Returns and Notice of Change (NOC) reporting directly within Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking. This replaces the previous email delivery via WebVault and/or FedReporter. Learn more.

All Business Online Banking Administrators and Users

Review and complete the following items prior to January 23, 2026:


Ensure you are prepared for your first login to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking System Beginning January 26, 2026, you will access your accounts through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking system. In order for your first login to be successful, it’s important that you verify that your phone number is accurate in Pacific Premier’s Business Online Banking system today, as we will use this phone number to either call or send a code to during your first login. Additionally, it’s important to note that your company ID, login ID and password are not changing, however, you will need to know what these are before you go to Columbia’s website on January 26 to log in for the first time. Note your current Pacific Premier Bank Business Online Banking company ID, user ID and password
You will need your existing business online banking company ID, user ID and password to log into Columbia Bank’s Commercial Online Banking system for the first time beginning January 26, 2026. If you do not know one or more of these contact HOA Client Service at 972-701-1110 today so you have them, otherwise you will not be able to login for the first time without assistance.


Release ACH batches with an effective date of January 26, 2026 or prior by 4:00 p.m. PT on January 23, 2026
Only ACH items with an effective date of January 26, 2026 or prior should be sent using Pacific Premier Business Online Banking. Use Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking to schedule batches with an effective date of January 27, 2026 and beyond. Learn more.


Backup your Quicken or QuickBooks data by 4:00 p.m. PT on January 23, 2026
This ensures your data is current when reactivating Quicken or QuickBooks to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking. Learn more.


Download or save loan transaction history prior to January 23, 2026
Loan history will not transition to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking system. Learn more.


Re-establish recurring or scheduled loan payments
Recurring or scheduled loan payments will not transition to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking. You will need to set them up beginning January 27, 2026. Any payments scheduled to occur between January 23 - 26 will not process.


Save contacts within Zelle®
You will need to re-enroll in Zelle® and add your contacts through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking. Zelle® also offers a convenient way to do this through your device’s contact list. Learn more.


Download or print international payment transaction history, trade confirmations and statements from the Pacific Premier Trade Connect system
These will not transition to the ColumbiaXchange system. Learn more.


Download history from your current Remote Deposit Capture service

The following services will be interrupted during the transition:

Mobile Deposit Interruptions

Friday, 1/23/26 - 4:00 p.m. PT
You will no longer be able to use the Mobile Deposit function within Pacific Premier’s Business mobile app.

Monday, 1/26/26 – 7:00 a.m. PT
Begin accessing Mobile Deposit services after downloading Columbia’s Commercial Mobile app.

Zelle® Interruptions

Thursday, 1/22/26 – 5:00 p.m. PT
You will be automatically un-enrolled from Zelle®, disconnecting your Pacific Premier Bank-linked mobile numbers and email addresses.

Monday, 1/26/26 – 7:00 a.m. PT
Re-enroll with Zelle® through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking or the Commercial Mobile app. Learn more.

Pacific Premier Business Online & Mobile Banking Interruptions

Friday, 1/23/26 – 4:00 p.m. PT
You will no longer be able to access Pacific Premier Business Online or Mobile Banking.

Monday, 1/26/26 – 7:00 a.m. PT
Log into Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking or the Columbia Commercial Mobile app to access your accounts.

ACH Services Interruptions

Friday, 1/23/26 – 4:00 p.m. PT
Final ACH batches must be released. Only ACH items with an effective date of 1/26/26 or prior should be sent using Pacific Premier Business Online Banking.

Monday, 1/26/26 – 7:00 a.m. PT
Log into Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking for ACH items with an effective date of 1/27/26 or later. The ACH cutoff time remains 5:00 p.m. PT and is extended to 12:30 p.m. PT for same-day transactions. Learn more.

ACH Positive Pay, Check Positive Pay, Payee Match and Reverse Positive Pay Interruptions

Friday, 1/23/26 – 4:00 p.m. PT
Positive Pay will no longer be available through Pacific Premier Business Online Banking.

Monday, 1/26/26 – 7:00 a.m. PT
Access Positive Pay through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking.

Trade Connect International Payment Interruptions

Friday, 1/23/26 – 4:00 p.m. PT
You will no longer be able to send international wires through Pacific Premier Trade Connect in online banking.

Monday, 1/26/26 – 7:00 a.m. PT
Access ColumbiaXchange through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking to send international wires.

Business Bill Pay Interruptions

Friday, 1/23/26 – 1:00 p.m. PT
Payments should not be scheduled after this time. Bill Pay will no longer be accessible after 4:00 p.m. PT.

Monday, 1/26/26 – 7:00 a.m. PT
Access Bill Pay through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking.

Quicken, QuickBooks and other Intuit Products Interruptions

Friday, 1/23/26 – 4:00 p.m. PT
Ensure you’ve backed up your data. Deactivate and disconnect your online banking connection for accounts connected to Pacific Premier.

After January 26, 2026
Reconnect or reactivate your Quicken, QuickBooks or other Intuit products to Columbia’s Business Online Banking. Learn more.

Remote Deposit Capture Interruptions

Friday, 1/23/26 – 4:00 p.m. PT
You will no longer be able to access RDC through Pacific Premier Business Online Banking.

Monday, 1/26/26 – 7:00 a.m. PT
Access RDC through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking.
