The transition of your accounts and services is now complete.
If you accessed your accounts through Business Online Banking at Pacific Premier Bank, you will now access your accounts through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking system.
To login you will need your:
- Existing company ID
- Existing user ID
- Existing password
- First-time login instructions
Your company ID, user ID and password have not changed. If you need assistance, please contact Treasury Management Support at 1-866-563-1010.
If you accessed your accounts through Personal Online Banking at Pacific Premier Bank, you will now access your accounts through Columbia’s Personal Online Banking system.
To login you will need your:
- Existing user ID (unless you were provided new one)
- Existing password
- First-time login instructions
