How to log into Columbia’s Personal Online Banking beginning January 26, 2026

From your desktop

 

  • Go to www.columbiabank.com
  • Select the Log In box in the upper right of the homepage
  • Choose Personal Banking
  • Enter your current Username as the Login ID and click Log In
  • Enter your current password and click Submit
  • Follow the remaining prompts to complete your login

From the app

 

  • Visit the iOS App Store or Google Play
  • Search for Columbia Mobile Banking
  • Confirm the app icon matches the below sample with the name Columbia Mobile Banking and download the app
