Important Personal Mobile Banking Service Interruptions

January 22, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. PT: You will no longer be able to use the Mobile Deposit function within Pacific Premier’s Personal mobile app.

January 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. PT: Pacific Premier Personal Mobile app is no longer accessible and can be deleted.

January 26, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. PT: Access your accounts through the Columbia Bank Mobile app. You may also begin making mobile deposits.

What You Need to Know

View and layout: You will notice a difference in the look and navigation but most of the information you are used to seeing will remain. Columbia’s mobile app has thumb bar navigation for quick, easy access. You’ll continue to have all the functionality in the mobile app that you do in the desktop experience, with the addition of Mobile Deposit.

Mobile Deposit Limits: You will continue to be able to deposit checks using your mobile device. Your new daily and multi-day limits will be $5,000/day and $10,000/week. There will no longer be a rolling 30-day limit.

Mobile Deposit Cutoff Time: The cutoff time for next business-day availability will extend to 6:00 p.m. PT. Deposits made or accepted after 6:00 p.m. PT on a business day will be processed the next business day. Deposits made shortly before the 6:00 p.m. PT cutoff time may process the next business day due to the short time for receipt and acceptance.
