Important Personal Bill Pay Service Interruptions

January 15, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. PT: The eBills feature link will be disabled in Pacific Premier Personal Online Banking.

January 22, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. PT:
Bill Pay through Pacific Premier Personal Online Banking will no longer be available.

January 26, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. PT:
Log into Columbia’s Personal Online Banking or mobile app to access Personal Bill Pay. Select “Bill Pay” from the Transfers and Payments menu.

eBills will need to be set up in Columbia’s Personal Bill Pay system: eBills will not transfer to Columbia’s Personal Online Banking system. You will need to set these up in the system beginning January 26, 2026. View instructions

What You Need to Know

Many payments are automatically transferring to Columbia’s System: With the exception of eBills and Express Payment, your current payees, scheduled payments, recurring payments and 12 months of payment history will automatically transition to Columbia’s Personal Bill Pay.

Layout and navigation will be different: The look and navigation will be different, however Columbia’s system offers many of the same options and features that you enjoy today.

Express Payment will no longer be available: Electronic payment options are available for expedited delivery.

Change to timing of funds removed from your account: Your account will be debited on the scheduled date for the payment rather than the day after the payment processes.

Tax Service: If you have an OFX Tax Service integration with Pacific Premier Bank’s bill pay this will be discontinued.
