What You Need to Do |
Make alternate arrangements for transfers in your current system that are scheduled between Friday, January 23 and Monday, January 26, 2026: These payments will not process during the transition weekend.
Re-establish recurring and scheduled transfers through Personal Online Banking: Recurring transfers set up through Pacific Premier Personal Online Banking between existing Pacific Premier accounts or to accounts at other financial institutions that you own will need to be set up again in Columbia’s Personal Online Banking system beginning January 26, 2026. The options and settings available to you will remain the same. For instructions visit: ColumbiaBank.com/pacific/personal/transfers
Re-establish alerts in the new system: You will continue to have access to the same types of alerts as you do today. For instructions visit: ColumbiaBank.com/pacific/personal/alerts
Re-enroll in eStatements: You will be provided with an option to enroll during your first login to Columbia’s Personal Online Banking system. Paper statement fees may be incurred if you do not re-enroll prior to April 2026. Refer to the details of your new account type starting on page 6.
Re-create account nicknames: You will need to re-create your account nicknames in Columbia’s system. ColumbiaBank.com/pacific/personal/nicknames

Accounts: You will continue to have access to all the accounts you currently do today.
Layout and navigation: While the menu options at the top of the screen may differ, the overall appearance and functionality is similar. Most items you would currently find under Move Money, you will find under Transfers and Payments in Columbia’s Personal Online Banking. Similarly, items under Administration today will typically fall under Services or Settings in the new system.
Transaction history: 90-days’ of transaction history will transition to Columbia’s Personal Online Banking. Going forward, you’ll be able to build up to two years’ of history. If you need transaction history beyond 90 days, please download it from your current system prior to January 23, 2026.
eStatements: The past seven years’ of statement images will transition to Columbia’s Personal Online Banking and will be accessible from the Statements menu. These will be available for view and download regardless of electronic statement enrollment or paper delivery preferences. For older statements, please visit your local branch.
SMS Text Banking: Text Banking will end January 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. PT.
