What You Need to Do

Re-establish recurring or scheduled loan payments. Recurring or scheduled loan payments will not transition to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking. You will need to set them up beginning January 27, 2026. Additionally, any payments you have scheduled between January 23 - 26 will not process.
