What You Need to Do

HOA residents will continue to have access to Premier Property Pay to log in, register, and make assessment payments from Columbia Bank’s website at www.columbiabank.com/hoa-payment. If they try to access these through the old Pacific Premier Bank URL, they will be redirected.

What You Need to Know

There are no changes to the existing Premier Property Pay system or services.
