Important Bill Pay Service Interruptions
January 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. PT: Bill Pay through Pacific Premier Business Online Banking will no longer be available.
January 26, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. PT: Log into Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking or mobile app to access Commercial Bill Pay.

Schedule payments before 1:00 p.m. PT on January 23, 2026: Payments should not be scheduled in Pacific Premier’s Business Bill Pay after this time to avoid any disruption.

What You Need to Know |
Payment information will transition: Your payees, payment history and scheduled payments will automatically transition to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking system.
Payments will process based on the Deliver By date you select for delivery to the biller and funds are debited on that date: Columbia follows a Due Date (Deliver By or Post on Date) processing model based on when payment is due to the biller versus when payment is sent to the biller.
Only payments within 30 days of the due date appear in the Payment Outbox: Weekly payments will have four payments present, monthly payments will have the next payment displayed and annual payments will not appear until they are within 30 days of the due date.
The new cutoff time will be 6:00 p.m. PT
Check payments will utilize the Trust Check model: Payments will be remitted using checks drawn on the vendor’s clearing account versus your funding account.
Limits will remain as they are today.
