Important Zelle® Service Interruptions

January 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. PT: Save your contact information as they will need to be re-added when you re-enroll. There is also a convenient way to import contacts you may already have on your device.

January 22, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. PT:
You will be automatically unenrolled from Zelle®, disconnecting your linked mobile numbers and email addresses.

January 26, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. PT:
Re-enroll with Zelle® through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking or the Commercial Mobile app.

What You Need to Do

Save your contact information for Payees by January 21, 2026: They will need to be added when you re-enroll. There is also a convenient way to import contacts you may already have on your device.

Re-enroll your email or mobile number in Zelle® after January 26, 2026: Select Zelle® from the Money Movement menu in Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking or the mobile app to get started. Follow these instructions to re-enroll. 

Set up your payee contacts again in Zelle®Once you re-enroll, you will need to set up your payee contacts again within Zelle®. There is also a convenient way to import contacts you may already have on your device. Follow these instructions to add your payees.  

Add additional emails or mobile numbers to your Zelle® profile: Any additional emails or mobile numbers you added to your company’s Zelle® profile will need to be added again once you re-enroll through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking.

What You Need to Know

Requesting access to Zelle®: If you are currently enrolled in Zelle® through Pacific Premier Business Online® Banking, you will be automatically entitled to Zelle® within Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking, however, you will still need to re-enroll in Zelle®. If you are not currently enrolled and would like to enroll following the transition on January 26, 2026, you will need to contact Treasury Management Support at 1-866-563-1010 or by using the chat function within Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking under the “Help and Live Chat” pop-up.

Daily Send Limit: Your daily send limit will remain the same as it is today, however there may be a one business day delay for your limits to update once you re-enroll. The standard Columbia Bank daily limit is $1,000/day.

New Monthly Send Limit: Columbia has a monthly send limit in place for Zelle®. When you re-enroll you will see the addition of a monthly limit, which can start at $8,000. This is based on a calendar month and doesn’t affect the amount you can receive through Zelle®.
