What You Need to Know |
Recurring scheduled payment: Recurring scheduled transactions will transfer over and process as expected. Please note that once a recurring payment is approved, the approval will apply to all future instances of that payment.
Company limits: Company level limits will no longer be enforced by the bank and will be removed. However, client administrators will retain the ability to establish user-level limits. Existing user limits will remain unchanged.
Cutoff time: The cutoff time will remain 3:00 p.m. PT for domestic and USD international wires.
Process: There are no changes to how your wires process or how payees are managed in Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking.
First Intermediary: When you initiate a US dollar international wire through Columbia's Commercial Online Banking, the first intermediary bank will no longer be visible as it will automatically default to Columbia’s. You will see an option to add a second intermediary, which you may enter if you like, but the wire will be sent to Standard Chartered Bank first before it is sent to the second intermediary you enter.
