Important Remote Deposit Capture Service Interruptions
January 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. PT: You will no longer be able to access RDC through Pacific Premier Business Online Banking.
January 26, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. PT: Access RDC through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking.
Important Update: To ensure a smooth transition to the new system, please note that any self-administration changes made after January 16 will not carry over automatically. These changes, including adding or removing users, updating email addresses or assigning users to accounts, will need to be re-entered in the Columbia system starting January 26.

What You Need to Do |
Download history from current Remote Deposit Capture service: History will not transition to Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking system.
Access Remote Deposit Capture within Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking: Beginning January 26, 2026, select Remote Deposit Check Capture from the Account Services menu. No additional credentials will be needed.

What You Need to Know |
Layout and navigation: Pacific Premier’s Remote Deposit Capture and Columbia’s Remote Deposit Capture utilize the same underlying platform, ensuring a seamless transition and familiar user experience in terms of interface, functionality, and navigation.
Continue to use your existing scanner: Your scanner driver will update automatically to the columbiabank.com URL. Customers with a 6:00 p.m. PT cutoff time will extend to 8:00 p.m. PT starting January 26, 2026.
Deposit rejections: Single items will no longer be rejected. To reject an item, an entire deposit needs to be rejected and will be sent to pending so you can make a correction prior to submitting.
Deposits: Your submitted deposits will display as pending in your account until nightly posting. Deposited check funds are made available the next business day.
