Important Quicken and QuickBooks Service Interruptions
January 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. PT: Ensure you’ve backed up your data. Deactivate and disconnect your online banking connection for accounts connected to Pacific Premier.
After January 26, 2026: Reconnect or reactivate your Quicken, QuickBooks or other Intuit products to Columbia’s Business Online Banking. Follow the instructions below.

What You Need to Do |
Complete a data file backup: We highly recommend backing up your data prior to 4:00 p.m. PT on Friday, January 23, 2026 to help ensure your activity is up to date prior to the start of the transition.
Deactivate and reactivate your Quicken/QuickBooks connection after January 26, 2026: Follow the instructions below.
Quicken Conversion Instructions
Use these for both Windows and Mac, and all three connectivity types (Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, and Web Connect).

What You Need to Know |
New credentials will be provided for Direct Connect: You will be provided with new login credentials and instructions.
Direct Connect fee applied: Columbia charges a $15 per month fee for utilizing Direct Connect.
Delay in reconnecting Direct Connect: Direct Connect will not be available until 5 to 14 business days  after January 26, 2026, so please utilize another connectivity type if you need transaction updates during this downtime. There is no delay for Web Connect.
