Account Opening & Usage
- Minimum to Open: $25
- Monthly Maintenance Fee: $3
- Requirement to Avoid Monthly Maintenance Fee: $200 minimum daily balance or complete a qualifying monthly transfer via online/mobile banking, telephone banking or scheduled as an automatic transfer from a Columbia business deposit account to your Community Business Savings
- Cash Deposit: $0.30 per $100 (Not charged on first $3,000 per monthly cycle)
- Excess Withdrawal Activity: $5. Fee assessed for each withdrawal or transfer occurrence that exceeds the six (6) allowable transaction occurrences per calendar month or statement cycle including, but not limited to, Bill Payments, Telephone Transfers, ACH Payments, Checks (not allowed for savings accounts), Drafts, and Point-of- Sale Transactions. ATM and In-Branch Withdrawals are unlimited.
- Branch Change Order: $1.50 per order
- Direct Connect $15 per month
ATM & Debit Card Services
- Columbia Bank ATM Transactions & Statements: $0 per transaction
- Non-Columbia Bank ATM Withdrawals: $2.50 per transaction (ATM Owner fees apply)
- International Transactions: 2.00% of card transaction amount. Transactions made outside the U.S., in either foreign currency or U.S. dollars, using a Columbia Bank debit card.

Temporary waiver of fees: The monthly maintenance and paper statement fee (where applicable) associated with this account will be waived through March 2026. This waiver period will allow you the opportunity to better understand the requirements to waive those fees on your new account.
