What You Need to Know

Accounts: You will continue to have access to all the accounts you do today.

Layout and navigation: Pacific Premier Business Online Banking and Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking utilize the same underlying platform, ensuring a seamless transition and familiar user experience in terms of interface, functionality, and navigation.

Check Ordering: Your first Columbia Bank check order will need to be placed with your branch. After your initial order, you can then place new check orders from within Commercial Online Banking.

Stop Payments: You will still be able to initiate Stop Payments in Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking. You will have the option to do a single stop payment or a check range.

Mortgage Loan Access: You will not be able to access your mortgage loans through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking. Please contact your branch to discuss alternate options.
