Important TradeConnect – International Wires Service Interruptions

January 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. PT: You will no longer be able to send international wires through Pacific Premier TradeConnect from within Pacific Premier’s Business Online Banking.

January 26, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. PT: Access ColumbiaXchange through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking to send international wires.

What You Need to Do

Select ColumbiaXchange instead of International Payments: You will need to select ColumbiaXchange from the Money Movement menu in Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking. Instructions will be available in January of 2026.  

Re-establish recurring and future-dated payments: These will not transition to Columbia’s system.

Download or print transaction history, trade confirmations and statements from your current system: These will not transition to Columbia’s system. Click here to download the user guide.

New wire instructions to receive wires in foreign currency: Download the incoming wire instructions for Columbia Bank.

Save the new instructions for receiving international USD wires: You will need the following information to receive international wires as of January 26, 2026:

Beneficiary Bank/Creditor Agent: Columbia Bank
Address: 5885 Meadows Road, Lake Oswego, OR 97035
Beneficiary Bank/Creditor Agent Swift BIC: UMPQUS6P
Beneficiary/Creditor Name and Address: The name and full address of the account holder
Beneficiary/Creditor Account: The account number where the funds are to be deposited

What You Need to Know

New name, same experience: Pacific Premier Trade Connect will be referred to as ColumbiaXchange within Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking. Columbia and Pacific Premier use the same system for International Wires with the same navigation, dashboard and wire origination process.

Credentials will transition: You will not need new credentials to access ColumbiaXchange within Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking.
