January 26, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. PT: Access ACH Positive Pay in Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking.

What You Need to Do

Select ACH Fraud and Reporting in Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking to access ACH Positive Pay: ACH Fraud and Reporting can be found under Account Services.

Watch for exceptions throughout the day: ACH Positive Pay will include same-day transactions which are presented up to four times per day.

What You Need to Know

Layout and navigation will be different: You will notice differences in the look and navigation of ACH Positive Pay through Columbia’s Commercial Online Banking, but the functionality will be similar or enhanced.

Users and information will transition: Your existing user permissions, transaction rules, email and text alerts will transition to Columbia’s system.

Additional opportunities and flexibility in managing exceptions: You will receive your first exception notification at 7:30 a.m. PT and may receive up to three additional notifications throughout the day if exceptions are presented. The window for managing these exceptions will be 7:30 a.m.-4:15 p.m. PT.

There are no changes regarding ACH Block services.

ACH Positive Pay will no longer be accessible in the mobile app: You can access it through your desktop or mobile browser.
