Pedar Bruce plays a pivotal role in fostering Columbia Bank’s relationships with non-profits across portions of the bank’s footprint. As Community Impact Lending Manager for his territory, Pedar focuses on community engagement, philanthropy, and connecting Columbia Bank’s community lending resources with the needs of the communities it serves.
Pedar has 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, including roles in marketing and corporate responsibility before joining Columbia Bank. He currently serves on the boards of Financial Beginnings and Bike Lab. Pedar earned a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis, and lives in Sacramento, CA, where he enjoys outdoor adventures, reading, gardening, and cooking with his wife, Nora, and their two sons.
